Could RedHat utilize an auto-conversion utility to make mpeg files something open source friendly before they are ever opened? I am guessing that if the mpeg were never actually run in native format if the theoretical legal fears could be neutralized? doc > IMVHO, the answer to that would be a flat-out "NO".
