agree... I said 4 cpus because that's how linux sees them... referring to the errata.

No, grasshopper... regardless of everything Intel has told you about hyperthreading, multiple execution units, etc. a dual Xeon is still only two CPU's. Try selling a dual Xeon/HT box as a 4-way unit and see what angry buyers will do to you. <grin>
