This is something I wish was easier in GNOME... Eye Candy :-)

I too had asked this question on this list just last week. If you did a
search for it, you would find the info you seek :-)


Here you go... at least this worked for me YMMV!

Goto www.kde.look.org and click on the X11 Mouse Themes.
Grab what you want and run ... :-)
Untar it and copy the directories to your ~/.icons directory.
Restart your X server.
That's it :-)
