how to identify a manufacturer?

I have a "no name" keyboard. RH 9 only detects it as a standard US
keyboard. It's *definitely NOT* a Canadian bilingual one. The only
"special keys" are "Sleep", "Wake Up" and "Power". Being almost
as curious as my cat, I wonder if there is any way to identify the
manufacturer of this device (PS/2 keyboard)??

It is a translucent blue, and the semi-transparent white underside
only bears the markings: Model No. ACK 250 A and a FCC ID Number,
but no manufacturer's name.

TIA,

Elton ("I'm too sexy for my cat") Woo ;-)
