As we've already discussed in this thread, the original poster's problem
is that it's his ISP that's being blocked - he *is* using his ISP's mail
server and not his own.

I'm actually a satisfied Comcast cable modem customer.  However, I've
heard drastically different stories from different parts of the country
- all Comcast locations seem to be slightly different, not only in terms
of connectivity speed and methods, but also in reliability.  Here,
I've got no problems with them.
