Upgraded Mozilla and lost anti-aliased fonts.

I just intalled Mozilla 1.4a under /usr/local then changed the 
/usr/bin/mozilla script to run that but the first thing I noticed is I 
lost the nice anti-aliased fonts.

I looked around and couldn't figure out why the new version doesn't use 
the better fonts.

Any ideas?
