I've been configuring RH9 on a "used" Athlon Thunderbird 1.333 -- MSI
K7T266 Pro2 motherboard -- 512Mb DDR RAM -- etc --.
This box was previously adequate as a win9x/photoshop station for some time.
I had RH 8.0 on it for a week or two without trouble.
After a clean install of RH9 and all updates, it's still completely solid.
One user account is gnome the other is KDE.
