I had a lockup bug in kernels 18-19 - total freeze with only resort being a reboot - that has disappeared in the 20 series. Not sure what the root cause was but I crossed my fingers and waited it out rather than submit a "gee, I wish I could really provide a crash dump but this is just a lame and probably unreproduceable bug report".
