I use Win4Lin on my RH 8.0 system. Netraverse hasn't released a kernel
for RHL 9 yet, so I'm waiting to upgrade that system. Hopefully they'll
have something in a couple of weeks. When I checked their mailing list
earlier this week, one of their guys was still trying to download the
iso's from RHN.

I've got the VMWare 4 beta running on my RHL 9 system. You would most
likely need to upgrade (not sure if 3.2 will work or not, but if you buy
now you'll get 4 for free).

For a work-alike, you might check out Scribus, which aims to be a
PageMaker replacement: http://web2.altmuehlnet.de/fschmid/

I'd also recommend looking at OpenOffice.org as a possible replacement.
It's not purpose-built for DTP, but it's much more useful than, say, MS
Word in that department.
