Advanced Server is a different product.  It's meant for clustering, or
high activity servers.  It's got a longer life span as well, year[s]
between versions instead of months.  The price you see on the web is the
price you get.  No, they are not available for free download.  The
source code for all the packages in AS is, but not in binary form.
