for the kernel it's easy to do it for athlon:
1) we already ship such binaries, eg kernel-2.4.18-14.athlon.rpm
2) use rpm --rebuild --target=athlon kernel-2.4.18-14.src.rpm if you
want to waste 2 hours ;)
