Re: error: no acceptable cc in $PATH (plus other errors) Help!

I'd run "redhat-config-packages" from root in a bash shell (terminal),
and then select at the bottom portion of the screen "Development
Packages" I think, if memory serves me correctly.  That should install
everything your missing, methinks.
