Pretty much any webmail service will do this.  What you might look into
though, is using an SSH tunnel to get access to the ports you want.  My
company blocks imap/smtp, but leaves ssh open, so all I have to do is
tunnel a connection through ssh, and then I can use local ports to
connect to ports on my mail server, and also all my email comes through
encrypted.  kind of a win win don't you think?
