I can put up some screenshots to prove it works :) Actually I think
some terminals have helper code to get the correct psuedo graphics
stuff if the font does not have it. Pretty sure xterm does this, and
multi-gnome-terminal "borrowed" this code. In any case, the identical
version of mutt gets this right on 7.2 with the terminal running
locally on 8.0 with all three terms I mentioned, using
lucidatypwriter. Using the local system version of mutt, with same
terminal, same font, etc, does not work. Not a big deal personally
since my mail happens to be on that 7.2 system.
