I've been trying to bring up the KWeather applet under KDE. I did right click and chose add|applet|kweather, an empty placeholder for the applet showed up, and nothing else. A quick google search told me to expect a config dialog box right after I bring up the applet the first time, but I got nothing. I also tried to locate its text config file to no avail.
