Breaking redhat-artwork into annoying little pieces isn't required -
what's needed is just to get rid of the lame /usr/lib/qt3 symlink and
avoid renaming the real qt dir on every minor update. Then
redhat-artwork would not need to prereq /usr/lib/qt3.
