Both are correct.  The difference, is that lspci displays numbers 
in hexadecimal, so it is 0x11, however XFree86 displays it in 
decimal, and so it is 17.  0x11 == 17

That is an unfortunate confusion, that possibly should be 
clarified in the XFree86 log.  Not sure if XFree86.org would feel 
like adding such a message to their log file, but if you file a 
bug report in Red Hat bugzilla, I'll have a look at it, and put 
an informative message in the log file that the numbers are in 
decimal, or even change them to hexadecimal and put a note to 
that effect, so that lspci and the server log match.
