I've been searching the Internet in general and lurking here hoping to =
stumble across the answer to my problem.

System: Running RH 7.3, 2.4.18-10 kernel, used the up2date yesterday. =
1ghz AMD Athlon on Asus A7V 133 mobo, 512 meg RAM, IBM 60 gig HD, ATI =
AIW Raedeon. Primary O/S currently Win ME.

Problem: I'm using Intel (discontinued) wireless (RF) USB keyboard and =
mouse. During install of 7.3 everything worked afterwards, no mouse. =
I've reconfigured with all the obvious selections using kudzu, but still =
no mouse. I'm currently using a PS/2 mouse to navigate KDE.

This is a Home Theater PC i've built, thus the use of remote keyboard =
and mouse. I've become interested in possibility of using Linux as the =
base for an HTPC.

BTW, there is the AVS Forum which includes discussion areas for HTPC and =
Linux. Would have supplied the link but I wasn't sure if that was =
allowed.

Thanks for any help you may provide.
