I don't know what you are doing. Follow steps 1 & 2 below. You must have winxp on the c: drive and not the d: drive. It is possible to get it going from d: but you have to go thru alot of things cause some parts mustalways be loaded on the primary drive (c:). So Install winxp and boot and make sure it will boot stand alone. Once you do that then install RH and install Grub or lilo and it will dual boot.
