Software raid 5 messed up...

	Hello to everyone again,

Risking to repeat myself I will expose my problem once again in detail
hoping that someone could help me.

1. Machine - MB Asus P4P800/P4 2.4HT(800Mhz FSB)/2x256 Kingston DDR@400Mhz
2. Controllers - Two Highpoint RocketRaid 454
3. HDD - 10xBarracuda 160G 7.7200 2Mb cache
4. Linux 2.4.24-pre1 (tried with 2.4.22 and 2.4.23)
5. Setup -
I split the hard disks in two software raid5 arrays each with 5
HDDs following exactly the steps in the tldp.org Software Raid Howto. Raid
initializes and /proc/mdstat states the following for the created array:

md0 : active raid5 hdt1[4] hds1[3] hdq1[2] hdp1[1] hdm1[0]
      625153024 blocks level 5, 256k chunk, algorithm 2 [5/5] [UUUUU]

Then I format the /dev/md0 device using ext3 filesystem (already tried
with reiserfs). I fill up the array with data to some extent (around
30-40%) and after some hours of production use (12-24hours of reading
from file storage workstations) the kernel begins printing out repeating
the following:

09:00: rw=0, want=1229359420, limit=625153024
attempt to access beyond end of device

Please advise me on the matter I've already tested out the DDR-s and CPU
and the HDDs for possible defects.

	Thanks in advance,
