I found the issue about the Windows x64. I was wrong in the analysis. I was thinking that the message "Error retrieving default audio device parameters: Unable to find defaults audio device(PJMEDIA_EAUD_NODEFDEV) [status=420006]" was related to the target CPU. But it has nothing to deal with the CPU architecture: it deals with the devices of the host i.e. the need of a microphone and a set of speakers/headphones for pjsua to make a call.
