two pjsip stack on the same computer

Thank you for your response but what i need ,is to use 2 pjsip on the 
same application wich use 2 interfaces , For example you can send an 
invite on the eth0 , and the re-invite on the eth0. Is that possible by 
using thread or ...... without using IPC (Inter-Process Communication).
