two pjsip stack on the same computer

AFAIK you can not use 2 different pjsip instances within the same 
application. But you could start 2 applications (both using a single 
pjsip instance) on the same computer, or you can have a single 
application with a single pjsip instance and configure pjsip to listen 
on several interfaces.
