As i understand from this document http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/Symbian_AP_Reconnection closing RSkSrv/RConnection will be not enough, i also know this from my tests of pjsip on symbian. So I need to access RSockets directly to close them. This will not solve the delay of failed SendTo operation, But hopfully application will no stuck after reconnection to new AP.
