pjsip symbian AP reconnection issue

The problem still exists. After pjsip loss WLAN it can get stuck 
for 1-2 minutes. I wrote the simple WLAN monitoring, but the 
problem is that monitoring triggers after pjsip freezes, so it's 
not much help. Any suggestions?
