pjsip symbian AP reconnection issue

i think that pjsip doesn't open the RSkSrv/RConnection.
you pass these opened.
have you looked at the wiki page?

i don't have my code in front of me, but i think that pjsip closes the
socket server but not the connection.
try close the socket server and see if you get panic.

i am sure you need to close the RConnection and reopen it.
