tls on symbian

Erlier TLS in PJSIP was based on openssl socket. Now it is based on
SecureSocket (was done one week ago approx). Please get latest sources from
SVN trunk and just follow instruction

http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/TLS_on_Symbian

It doesn't need to use CSecureSocket directly.

We have tested TLS, it works for Symbian.
