Hi Mike, I think you should check a couple of things, first check the PJMEDIA benchmarks, http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/wiki/PJMEDIA-MIPS What codec to you use, is echo cancellation enabled, is resampling done, different samplings freq on sound device/conf bridge/codec Most likely it's either long AEC or un optimzed codec. Check what you get if AEC is disabled and if you only run a simple codec like G711.
