PJSUA: Memory Leaks

Hi,

Yes, the problem can be reproduced here, I have just reopened old
ticket http://trac.pjsip.org/repos/ticket/558 for this. Actually this
issue seemed to be fixed sometime ago when this ticket got closed,
since other leak detector we used at that time reported no leak on
this SRTP init.
