speex codec

It seems normal, for packet time 20ms, IP+UDP+RTP overhead is about 16
kbps, CMIIW. You can change the packet time (with multiplication of
20ms) by specifying --ptime param of pjsua.

Btw, you can also analyse the bandwidth usage (payload &
payload+overhead) using command 'dq' in pjsua prompt.
