help needed with APS issue

It depends on which device you are using.

Some device with APS will work only with loudspeaker (like E50).

Some other will have only earpiece working:

Some other will require APS parameters to be properly setup.

Crawl forum.nokia.com to get answer to the specific device, then will be 
required in pjsip symbian driver to create, device by device, a list of 
exception and parameters to properly handle all the devices.
