thanks for ur help
i tried to configure cron job but unsucessful can u help me? or give any sample working script
 
i used the script as i remember like
45 * * * * *  /var/usr/wwwrooot/
location of php is at end
plzzzzzzzz help i do 3 hours time consuming in backup

Your best bet is to use crontab. There are a number of tutorials on how to
use cron_tab on the internet. I run custom php scripts in crontab to
selectively back-up certain tables at different intervals and e-mail me the
back-up files as an attachment. Data that is not often changed in tables I
back-up daily, weekly, or monthly. Data that changes daily or hourly might
be backed up more than once a day or even hourly.
