If you are using cpanel, cron should be an option in cpanel. Check in the "Advanced" section. Click on the "Cron Jobs" icon. There are a number of tutorials on how to use cron_tab on the internet. I run custom php scripts in crontab to selectively back-up certain tables at different intervals and e-mail me the back-up files as an attachment. Data that is not often changed in tables I back-up daily, weekly, or monthly. Data that changes daily or hourly might be backed up more than once a day or even hourly. -----Original Message----- From: php-objects@ yahoogroups. com [mailto:php-objects@ yahoogroups. com]On Behalf Of Uzair Sent: Saturday, December 26, 2009 10:24 AM To: php-objects@ yahoogroups. com Subject: Need help in backup hiiiiiiiii want to take backup of remote cpanel database automatic on some time . any way????????? ?????
