I wanted to never ever ever have to deal with any Sprint personnel every again. Guess which provider I ended up choosing? Nextel. :-v For those who don't get it: Sprint and Nextel "merged" recently, so I'm stuck with Sprint morons once again... So far, Sprint has kept their inept fingers out of the actual hardware/network/phone gear, and have stuck with only [bleep]ing up the "customer service" aspect of things...
