Sorry, but since Mobil-Telephone numbers are not more bound to GSM- Providers you will run into trouble... But right, sending ONE message to 100 mail2sms gateways at once is discouraged. You should spool the message, send it to the first GSM-Provicer and wait for bounces before sending it to the next one... I would accept sending the message to 3-5 GSM-Providers @once but creating a database of successfull send messages and bounces... and use it the next time someone send a message.
