what J2EE is all about, being able to run multiple instance of an
application and CF can do this extremely well and be extremely secured.

I've stayed away from this because I really don't know enough about Cold Fusion to compare them. With your above statements, and others you have made in this thread, it is clear you do not know enough about PHP (or Java for that matter) to compare the two. Why don't you do all of us poor little PHP developers a favor, and go beat your chest about CF somewhere else.
