Well, I'm a newbie, I suppose, having only been on this list for a few years, but it looks like our recent discussion about eccentrics has apparently brought an old one back. I didn't know you before, Jan, but I can welcome you back. We all have troubles in our lives, and I have empathy for yours, but at least for me, it is the photography that lets me forget about them for a while. And it is photography that brings us all together on this list. I hope you get out and photograph soon; to paraphrase a quote from Art and Fear, "an artist does their work when they can no longer *not* do their work."
