I believe they do, except it's simply called "fancy dress". Being from
Michigan, I always associated Halloween with the uncomfortable facial
heat of wearing a rubber mask contrasting with my frozen body...a real
candy trooper wouldn't be caught dead (save the occasional ghost and
ghoul) wearing a winter coat over their costume. If you do it right, you
can at least keep your core temperature stable as your sack gets heavier.
