I bought my first digital camera in 2004. My first encounter with
Photoshop was in 1995.
It is fascinating to me that some people are still shooting film.
Even cardboard disposables are going the way of the dinosaur now.
The technology was pretty crude back then, but even so, the noise
situation was better than with film, and the flexibility on a shoot
was phenomenal. We take it all for granted now - all the stuff we
don't have to decide, carry around, calculate.
It's amazing.
