public place, you have the right to avoid that place.
If you absolutely don't want to be punched on the nose
for taking photos of my kids in a public place, you
have the right to avoid taking photos of kids
in that place.
Yeah, I've seen that in action. Schools hiring sports photographers, who
subsequently find themselves abused and being physically threatened by
parents who object violently to their offspring being photographed by
'pedo's'..
we're all pedos now, us camera users who vaguely point them at children,
perverts/intruders if we point them at adults and terrorists if near a
building.
yay - digital has really brought photography to the masses and advanced
photography ..
