Thank you for your thoughtful comment. I liked working with Valya for the reason you stated, although her body has wonderful soft, natural, curves there is a strength, physically and emotionally. I'm pleased you like the shadows, I plan on shooting more like it later this week.

Valya Shadowed:  For some reason I want to think and see "soft," probably because the model is female, but this photograph has a "strong" feel to it.  I like the idea of throwing shadows on her figure.
