Re: gallery review

If someone posted a photo of a "nearly naked guy in the same pose"  i wouldn't feel exploited or offensive or degrading.  I'd look at the photo, consider the techniques and see what story the photo told me.

By the way, I am a 68 year old male with a wife and four kids.  Growing up I remember many pinups in the garages I spent time in as a car nut.  Many were like this, some were nudes.  This took me back to an interesting and enjoyable part of my life when cars were on my mind.

In a group like this we will see many photographs.  Some will cause discussions on technique while others will cause discussions like we have now.  As I may have written before, "If you don't like it, don't look at it."

I agree with the other women here that it is offensive and degrading.  The photo is not about a person and doesn't tell us anything about her.  It's only about the costume and attitude which are both offensive to women.

Indeed! Personally I think she's adorable and so is the outfit. And I'm old enough to remember the pin-ups of the 40's. Betty Grable anyone?

That was my whole idea...........

A pretty girl in a cute outfit.

As I mentioned................
I was going after the pin up style of the 50's.

Anything more that YOU may
read in to is not my problem.
