Jack Klasey
Arizona #2: I like this very much because
it illustrates how beautiful raw nature can be. The texture of the rock is
evident, the contrast depicts the nature of the desert - things go from rough,
rugged and prickly to delicate, smooth and fragile (no wildflowers
that I can see in this image, but I'm just making the point about the contrasts
of the desert). Nice job.
Dan Mitchell
Road Sign: I'm always intrigued by road sings, too. Sometimes the
way they connect to the surrounding areas tells a fascinating story. I can see a
photographic book of "Road Signs".
Emily L. Ferguson
Wing's Neck light: I like the fact that the photograph is almost
monotone, but the reddish-brown of the first row of land breaks the monotony of
black and white.
Andrew Davidhazy
Doomed: You did you?re good dead for that day, Andy; I'm
impressed. How many people would be concerned about the predicament of a
worm?
Mark Harris
Jordana Shadowed: Is there
anything original left to say about this image? I don't think so. I
like the shadows of the lace against the model's torso, but I agree with the
person (Lea?) who cropped the image and upped the contrast.
Thank you to all who contributed to the gallery and thank
you to Andy and staff for haning the show.
