Pigments, for document forgeries (where a document is altered, but the pigment used for the alteration doesn't match the original).

Also, with filtered flash or continuous lights, for surveillance in extreme dark.

I'll be interested in watching suggestions here; since I'm far from expert at this.

You probably need to spend some time explaining the difference between "near IR" which this camera captures and "far IR" (heat) which takes very different equipment. Because they'll probably start out with the two equated in their heads.
