Which part sounds
tall? Would you find it more convenient to be able to access your data only
from your office/studio/home or would you find it more convenient to be able
to access it anywhere with an internet connection?
Or is it the cheaper
part that sounds preposterous? For personal use, a hard drive is
cheaper than monthly storage fees at Cloud Storage Mart but for a
business the cost of more and more storage space plus backups of all that
data, the employees needed to run those servers, the infrastructure
that goes along with all that plus the cost of running, cooling etc all that
crap might be more expensive than the storage fees at Cloud Storage
Mart.
