Damn! the prints are VERY soft at teh edges. and we do not knwo where to look for the reason. We think it has to do with the lens (the assembly is solid) (a Rodenstock - forgot to scheck what model) but there our knowledge ends. 



Make sure you have the condenser inserted the right way up - and that it *does* have a condenser lens assembly in the enlarger head!

Aside from that and using the appropriate focal length lens (50mm for 35 mm film etc)

that's all that comes to mind!
