Hi James - thanks so much for your input.  Guess I
hadn't seen the command you have just spoken about in
Word - for if attempting to insert 4 images on same
page - it was a pain to say the least.  I will give it
a try - in the meantime, I will also give an attempt
to the other programs mentioned by other members.
