The one included in PhotoShop CS3 is great. I used it for this panorama:

This is 8 photos stitched together. It took the program about 20
minutes to do the stitching and I didn't have to do any retouching
afterwards. Much, much easier than this one that I had to
hand-stitch because the shots were not made on a tripod:
