Alberto, The PF exhibits staff has also been discussing the possibility of a "themed" exhibit. Maybe not so much as a substitute for the weekly updated one but for the "series" one. Setting up too many rules and deadlines and keeping track of them all is a bit of a hassle and the thinking was that it simply might be an "open ended" deadline and when a respectable number of images were received the series would be installed and another theme announced. In the meanwhile the non-themed weekly gallery would continue to do its thing. WE WILL TRY THIS. While your suggestions for themes are most welcome the first theme will be: SINGLE TREE (interpretation up to each author) These words should appear in the subject line of any contribution sent for this purpose and following the guidelines as stated for the regular gallery found at http://www.rit.edu/~andpph/gallery-sub.html There is no deadline per se but if less than 6 entries have been received by say midnight GMT May 28 or so a new theme will be announced (if the staff remembers to do so) and the ones received sent to oblivion or installed in the weekly gallery! ;) Now let's not have a discussion of the pros and cons of this project. As NASA says: This is a test. We learn from tests. Andy and the PF Exhibits Staff
