Emily you really need a few photoshop CS2 lessons. You can choose multiple raw files and right-click and select open in Camera raw and it opens all of them in camera raw at the same time.

In bridge you can go to tools menu>Photoshop>image processor and bypass the whole process and save all the images as JPGs or TIFFs or PSDs with sizing etc without even opening camera raw or photoshop yourself.(Bridge will open it for you)

I think you may be using the software backwards or something... :-)

You should really consider taking the time to at least learn Bridge inside out. It will save you a lot of wasted energy in the long run.

Not if you run the action from ACR in CS 1. I haven't quite gotten
to that stage in Bridge, but it looks like the same rules apply.
Actually, looking closer, it seems less well designed than from ACR.
Seems you have to open PS CS 2 from Bridge and then pull down the
File menu and select Batch _again_ before you get to the screen that
permits you to specify which action to batch and where to put the
files.

Yuck
